USA PATRIOT Act & Anti-Terrorism Compliance Policy

1. Purpose

Windham Textile and History Museum (the “Organization”) , as a recipient of government and
private funds, is committed to compliance with all applicable U.S. anti-money laundering and
anti-terrorist financing laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the USA PATRIOT
Act of 2001 (the “Patriot Act”) and Executive Order No. 13224. The Organization prohibits
providing material support or resources to any individual or entity that supports terrorism. 

2. Policy Statement

The Organization does not directly or indirectly engage in, support, or promote any terrorist
activity. The Organization, including its officers, directors, and key employees, will not
knowingly engage in transactions with any individuals or entities included on any lists of
terrorists or terrorist organizations compiled by the United States government or any other
recognized national or international body. 

3. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually the Board of Directors to ensure it remains aligned with
current legal requirements and best practices
